Hether

A vocalist, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist whose career has run the gamut from creating lo-fi bedroom tracks to backing some of the biggest artists in the world, Hether is the alter ego of Paul Castelluzzo, who uses the handle for dreamlike psychedelic indie pop. After earning a potent reputation as a jazz guitarist and session player, Castelluzzo created Hether as a medium for early singles like "When U Loved Me," "In a Dream," and "Shy," all issued in 2019. Hether's early albums, such as 2021's Sticky Thumb and 2023's Covered in Hether, gave him a platform to explore his languid sounds at length, and 2025's Holy Water featured one of his most beguiling tracks, "Falling for the Feeling."
