In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is singing along to Disney book-on-tape sets. I’d memorize every word and melody before I could read, turning pages on cue and losing myself in the music and magic of the story. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Charli xcx, BRAT MARINA, PRINCESS OF POWER Taylor Swift, THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT: THE ANTHOLOGY I chose Tortured Poets Department for its emotional depth, Brat for its bold honesty and sharp sound, and Princess of Power because it’s fierce, fun, and reminds me that pop can be powerful, playful, and unapologetic. Tell us why you chose this song. “A Little Vulture Told Me” “A Little Vulture Told Me” started as a 4-track experiment when I was 19 and became my most successful song. I love how its whimsical melody contrasts with the sadness in the lyrics—about loving someone who’s slowly slipping away from themselves. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career so far was collaborating with a team of brilliant creatives on the music video for my upcoming single, Shades of Blue. Bringing that vision to life with such talent and heart was pure magic. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Touring Japan is a dream of mine, and I’d love to build a strong audience in Europe. Connecting with listeners around the world and performing in places that have inspired me creatively remains high on my bucket list!
