In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first time Karina and Patric met was at Berklee College of music in the 1990´s. The friendship grew as well as the musical partnership. Boston is a home away from home so full of music and memories and the time of a lifetime! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ella Fitzgerald, Mack the Knife: Ella in Berlin (feat. The Paul Smith Quartet) [Live in Berlin/1960] Jan Johansson, Jazz På Svenska Johan Norberg, Nils Landgren, Chapter Two/2 They have got the spectrum that is us. Free vocal jazz with a lot of playfulness, the Swedish mood and the Wermländsk heritage. Cross over jazz or just simply good music! All the ins and outs and the memory of a great gal back in NY. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Standing at Berns along expecting a regular paying backgroundgig, but getting a full house never wanting to let us go. Silence and standing ovations. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Conquering the world playing our music. Going back to the US, South Africa and Berlin jazz festival.
