Lenka

A onetime child actor and member of Australian indie rock group Decoder Ring, singer and songwriter Lenka Kripac crafts eclectic, atmospheric pop songs under her forename. Her solo material often takes its cues from artists like Jem and Björk, with Lenka pitting her breathy vocals against landscapes of electronic drumbeats, horns, and twinkling keyboards and mallet percussion. Epic Records brought her aboard the label's roster for the release of her debut album, 2008's Lenka, which reached the Top 30 in Australia and Top Five in Poland. Although that album remains her biggest commercial success, she went on to chart in South Korea's Top 30 with the independent releases Shadows (2013) and The Bright Side (2015). A remix of her song "Blue Skies" from the latter album went viral, collecting tens of millions of streams. Lenka released her seventh album, the uplifting, '60s soul-pop-influenced Good Days, in 2026.
