In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Parents putting 'Revolver' on the turntable when I was 4 yrs old, changing my world forever & travelling into the land of Joni Mitchell, Nick Drake, John Williams (the guitarist), James Taylor...just the smell of vinyl takes me to these artists. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? James Taylor, Sweet Baby James (Remastered) Miles Davis, In a Silent Way Portishead, Dummy These are all deeply personal to me. The track In A Silent Way by Miles Davis takes me to another world...bittersweet, melancholy, redemptive. 'Fire and Rain' by James Taylor lit a fire inside - and Portishead came from another planet. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Working with the team at Air Studios London - set up by my hero Sir George Martin - was a milestone for me. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I don't want for much - something will happen and life usually doesn't follow our plans. I'm returning to songwriting right now and working with some amazing musicians and singers. It feels right so I'll follow that path for a little while.
