In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Whilst The Beatles had the initial impact on me, aged 10 I heard Paul Simon's "Graceland" album and was transported to another world. Not longer after I did a deep dive into Bob Dylan and Neil Young's repertoire. My music tries to similarly explore. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Dylan, Blood On the Tracks / Another Side of Bob Dylan Paul Simon, Paul Simon - The Ultimate Collection Tracy Chapman, Tracy Chapman The masterful lyrics, with their intensity and whimsy, combined with acoustic based tracks and infectious melodies delivered by singer/songwriters with honesty and rawness makes these a standout. Tell us why you chose this song. “More Alive” Aside from being a fun track to perform, with its rich musical variety (and talented guest musicians) this was essentially (but not at the time intentional) a live-in-the-studio recording and I love the performance every gave in the moment together.
