Sara Andon

Sara Andon is among the most active flutists in the Los Angeles area, appearing at classical venues, including those devoted to new music, and on film and video game soundtracks. She is also a significant educator. Andon has a long list of film credits dating as far back as the early '80s, appearing on the soundtrack for the science fiction film Tron (1982). Andon has also performed in Broadway musical orchestras, including those for Beauty and the Beast and Les Misérables, with the Disney studio, and documentary soundtracks. Andon is a member of the Brightworks New Music Ensemble in Los Angeles. She has performed with the San Diego Symphony in its Video Games Live concert at the San Diego Comic-Con. Andon has been a featured artist on several major-label recordings, including Cinema Morricone: An Intimate Celebration (2019) and John Williams Reimagined (2024).
