Patrice Bäumel produces dance tracks that are intensely technical yet warm and melodic. He debuted his distinctive take on minimal techno during the mid-2000s, and his innovative 2008 track "Roar" quickly became a DJ favorite. A resident DJ at Amsterdam's famed Trouw nightclub, he released his journey-like debut album, Vapour, through the club's eponymous imprint in 2010. He released mixes for Balance (2016) and Global Underground (2019), and became a regular contributor to Kompakt's Speicher single series, with Speicher 133 arriving in 2024.
