Jahn Teigen

Before his European debut in the 1983 Eurovision Song Contest, Norwegian pop singer Jahn Teigen had enjoyed a successful career in his native country since the late '60s. Though he finished a disappointing ninth with the song "Do-Re-Mi," Teigen resumed his work in Norway as well as Sweden, Finland and Denmark. ~ John Bush
