Jalâl Zolfonun

Jalal Zolfonun was born in Abadeh, Iran, in 1937. He studied the violin at the Tehran School of Art. His album Kord Bayat, released on the Music of the World label, features Zolfonun playing the setar (a four-string long-necked lute). ~ John Bush
