In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up with barbershop harmony. My mom was in a quartet and they sang barbershop songs. I really didn't like the music at the time but I love it now and I learned how to harmonize by default. My mom is a beautiful soprano and still sings. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Beyoncé, RENAISSANCE Kate Bush, The Sensual World (2018 Remaster) Tori Amos, To Venus and Back Kate Bush touches my soul in a way I can't explain. Her vocals and lyrics have a passion that goes right through me. Tori has a magical presence and her lyrics transcend emotional pain. Beyonce is a tough woman who stands up for herself. love!! Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Mask” I wrote his song before the pandemic. It talks about taking off the mask of inauthenticity and letting the rain of freedom heal you. I love it because it represents being my real self in a sometimes unreal world. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I think being interviewed by Rev. Michael Bernard Beckwith on his radio show The Sound of Transformation' was pretty amazing!! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I really want to do some collaborations with artists like Lady GaGa, Kendrick Lamar, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Bjork, Snoop Dog and others.
