The Boys

Playing tough, hook-laden rock & roll with power pop melodies, glam rock guitar firepower, and punk speed and attitude, the Boys are a band with a long history of delivering good and gritty fun. Formed in 1976, the Boys were swept up in the first wave of U.K. punk, and their first two LPs, 1977's The Boys and 1978's Alternative Chartbusters, fit the spirit of the time while still embracing the best of rock's past. The group's original run ended in 1981 (their alter ego the Yobs continued to release Christmas albums), but they made a rousing comeback with 2014's Punk Rock Menopause, and issued the single "Damn Those Eyes" in 2026.
