CLOSE YOUR EYES

Close Your Eyes (CYE) is a seven-member K-pop group with a sound rooted in R&B and emotionally resonant electronic pop. The multi-national collective, whose members hail from Korea, China, and Japan, formed in 2024 through JTBC’s survival show Project 7. Selected from over 200 contestants, Jeon Min-wook, Ma Jingxiang, Jang Yeo-jun, Kim Sung-min, Song Seung-ho, Sakurada Kenshin, and Seo Kyoung-bae made their debut in 2025 with the mini-album Eternalt, which featured the breakout single "All My Poetry." The group expanded their sonic palette later that year with Snowy Summer and Blackout, further cementing their reputation for integrating lush melodies with evocative lyricism. In 2026, the band contributed the single "I Got It" to the soundtrack of the popular television courtroom drama The Judge Returns. ~ James Christopher Monger
