In the artist’s words: What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? SBTRKT, SBTRKT As a stand alone album very few have had quite as profound an effect on me as SBTRKT's self-titled LP. When I was a teenager it soundtracked emotions and aesthetics that resonated so deeply with me it felt like it was part of my own story. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Are They Here Yet?” The track name was born from feeling the pressure of expectations, from others and (but mainly myself). However, it’s become more of an anthem to enjoy the rough and impulsive beauty of the process itself and the excitement of what comes next. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing in Tokyo - releasing my first record. Anything that feels like a bridge to genuine human connection. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Plenty! So lots to look forward to. Would love to play a big open air event sometime soon or Sub Club in Glasgow.
