In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was in the 1st grade, our school hosted a concert where a group of people came in and sang "We Will Rock You" by Queen. That's probably why I wanted to be a rockstar growing up. I'd imagine myself performing all my favorite songs ever since. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Leon Thomas, MUTT Mac Miller, Swimming mgk, Hotel Diablo These 3 albums are a good culmination of the sounds that influence my music. I'm not a rapper primarily but I'm inspired by the story telling, lyricism, and melodic nature of these albums. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Autumn” This is the first single I've ever released. Releasing my own music has been a dream for a long time, and that's what makes it special. I made a lot of friends in the process of writing this project and grew a lot as a person too. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing a stripped down set of my music at a bar in downtown Chicago. Got to turn all my music acoustic alongside my friends on the keyboard, bass, drums, and saxophone. Essentially a live intimate tiny desk vibe. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? A lot. - Get song to a 1000 streams - Release my first EP - Making a music video (that I can help direct) - Perform at a house show on campus. - Have a song of mine play on the radio.
