In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My parents playing vinyl records daily in our house - Beatles, Billy Joel, Fleetwood Mac, etc. This impacted me so much and to develop a love for music. I thought it was normal that people play music all the time in their daily life ! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Brian Eno, Ambient 1: Music for Airports David Bowie, Low (2017 Remaster) U2, The Joshua Tree Remastered These albums provide the basis for everything I do and listen to. Albums I come back to time and time and time again regardless of their genre. They broke the mold for all three artists. Tell us why you chose this song. “Lost Memories in Rainy Tokyo” My favorite thing to compose are tracks that feel like a "story" - a slow beginning, with build up and final pay off for the listener. Ambient compositions are perfect for this structure as they demand the listens attention is a passive way. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? While I am not out for validation or making revenue from music, it is nice to see some of my material getting picked up by blogs, podcasts and playlists. I've even had a few reviews on well regarded websites. This makes you feel like people get it.
