In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Not my earliest memory, but hearing Pearson Sound play Objekt - Cactus at Bestival circa 2010 will live in my head forever. It was a defining moment for me; I realised I wanted to make forward-thinking dance music and not be confined to genre. This is one of my first releases that really captured what I am trying to achieve sonically. Minimalism & simplicity are key aspects of what I want to do as a producer; the right amount at the right time yet still sounding nuanced.
