In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. In first grade, my teacher told everyone else to sing like me while the whole class was singing a song. My peers complained that I was singing too loud. I learned to be a quiet singer as a result and had trouble really owning my voice. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alanis Morissette, Jagged Little Pill (Remastered) Sarah McLachlan, Fumbling Towards Ecstasy Legacy Edition Sheryl Crow, Sheryl Crow Alanis wrote and sang songs in a cool way while owning her shadow and truth. The album is produced well and still sounds great. Sarah wrote songs in a deeply poetic way, her voice and range is amazing, and she promoted women with Lilith Fair. Tell us why you chose this song. “Let's Get Our Christmas On” This is an original Xmas song released in 2025, a tough year for me but this song is so upbeat & joyous that working on it got me through. I've always loved Xmas songs and it pays homage to the great Xmas songs of the past with a great tag line. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I was performing at Borders Books and Music in Tacoma, WA, USA and after my performance, a little boy, around the age of 4 or 5, came up to the microphone and started signing his own song. It went, "I'm a shiny one, I'm a shiny one." Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to perform at Red Rocks in Colorado.
