Women Who Worship

A group of female worshipers, songwriters, and creatives from Nashville, Tennessee, were brought together in 2019 to form Women Who Worship. The project was founded after Capitol CMG hosted a writing camp for 45 female worship artists. Some of the key contributors included Jessie Early, Lindy Cofer, Rita Springer, Leslie Jordan, Emmy Rose, Cecily Hennigan, Santrice Laura, and Enoila Abioye. They had written enough material for an album by 2022, which they recorded in a live setting. That album surfaced as their self-titled debut in 2023.
