In the artist’s words: What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Boards of Canada, The Campfire Headphase Death Cab for Cutie, Transatlanticism Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin III (Remastered) Death Cab soundtracked many of my core teenage memories, and Ben Gibbard's incredible lyrics influenced my early attempts at songwriting. Zeppelin blew my mind the first time I heard it, and Boards is an artist I keep gravitating back to. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I casually dream of performing a chill set someday, in a dark, obscure lounge in New York or Tokyo. Or any vibey, laid back spot, really. I'd make Lofi remixes of some unexpected songs, throw them in there and see if people recognise the melodies.
