Volodymyr Sirenko

The longtime artistic director of the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, Volodymyr Sirenko is among his country's most prominent and most honored conductors. He is also a prominent educator. Sirenko has made various albums that have found distribution in the West. One of those is a recording of Dvořák's Cello Concerto in B minor, Op. 104, with cellist Raphaela Gromes, issued in 2024 on the Sony Classical label.
