Nora Romanoff-Schwarzberg

Romanoff-Schwarzberg was born in New York, but soon moved to Vienna, where she was exposed to artists such as Rostropovich, Mehta, Menuhin, Stern, and Argerich. Her solo debut, at 11, was with the Vienna Kozerthaus. She performs as a soloist and with the Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra, Orchesta Filarmonica di Bacau, and the Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana, along with Maisky, Capuçon, and Zilberstein. EMI Classics released nine recordings, some of which earned Grammy nominations.
