In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My mom used to make up songs about anything and everything growing up. My favorite was one we sung when taking back routes on the way home. The song was rightfully named "The Backway Home" This definitely taught me how natural song writing can be. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? George Benson, Breezin' Rakim, The 18th Letter The Roots, Illadelph Halflife The Rakim joint is truly a classic. From the production to the timeless lyrics, this is an album that always blows me away. Illadelph is one that I've listened to so many times and it never gets old. Such a crazy energy on that record. Really sets the tone for what to expect from my music. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I cant say there's just one memory that sticks out. Ive been blessed to meet and work alongside musicians I look up to and to be mentored by industry titans. Though, the best is yet to come. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Oh yeah, there's so much I have yet to do. We're just getting started!
