A policeman who annually releases a 12-inch single or EP with meaningful lyrics backed by an uptempo dance tune. Some years, such as 1985, it was the meaningful melody that caught on, although he has hit very big in other years with serious Road March contenders. 1988 was probably his highest party moment with "Wet Me Down." ~ Gene Scaramuzzo
