In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember my first performance at a bakery back to school competition in 2010 and I was only 11 years of age and later that year I impressed my Art & Culture teacher. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? J. Cole, 2014 Forest Hills Drive This Album shaped me as an artist, listening J Cole made want to write about the everyday things that people go through. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Heart's Prayer” I wrote this song after some time of studying the depth of my heart and how corrupt it is and so I pray for a changed heart. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing at the Joburg Theater Although I never won the Demo Presentation Sipho Nzimande stood up from the crowd to tell me how big I can be in the right hands.
