In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I heard Lou Reed's "Walk On the Wild Side" when I was sixteen and thought it was like all my favorite comics with sound and rhythm. I listened on repeat in my headphones whenever I walked anywhere. I loved drawing before I taught myself guitar.
