Over the course of the mid-2000s, Javier Lebandon, or El Arrebato, met with great critical and commercial success in the world of rock andaluz. Hailing from Sevilla, with a unique blend of flamenco, rumba, and pop styles, Lebandon has impressed audiences and won fans all over his native Spain. Lebandon sold an impressive 70,000 copies with his album debut, and his third, Que Salga el Sol por Donde Quiera, sold 350,000 copies and remained on local charts for 60 straight weeks. ~ Evan C.
