About Liam Kazar

Recalling the wittier and more sophisticated side of 1970s rock along the lines of Steely Dan and Todd Rundgren, Liam Kazar is a multifaceted musician based in Brooklyn. The onetime Kids These Days member and established sideman (Tweedy, Steve Gunn) released his first solo album, Due North, in 2021. Among its contributors were Spencer Tweedy, Ohmme, and Sam Evian. Evian was back to produce Kazar's more personal sophomore album, 2025's Pilot Light.
