In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My favorite activity when I was very young was to play records on my parents' record player. It's amazing that they let me do this because my eyesight was severely impaired. But I was so careful with those records. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Charles Mingus, Mingus Ah Um Bonus Track Version Miles Davis Quintet, Miles Smiles The Beatles, The Beatles (White Album) (Super Deluxe Edition) 2018 Remix & Remaster Mingus Ah Um was my first jazz album. If I could only have one album, it would be Miles Smiles. The Beatles were an early influence on my interest in music, especially John Lennon. George Cables, Victor Lewis & Essiet Essiet)” My song Child's Play reminds me that playing music should feel easy like a child at play, even when it's going fast. I loved the way the band interacted on this recording.
