Fostermother

Texas metallers Fostermother combine the seismic heft of doom with the acid-notched grooves of stoner metal. The Houston-based outfit issued an eponymous debut in 2020, eliciting acclaim amongst doom aficionados and catching the attention of Ripple Music, which added the group to its roster the following year. Fostermother unleashed their sophomore effort, the weighty and melancholic The Ocean, in 2022.
