Conjunto Rienda Real

Conjunto Rienda Real is a Mexican regional outfit of norteño sax, a variation that posits the alto saxophone as the main soloist -- the rest of the instrumentation and the repertoire to which it's applied, such as ranchera, corridos, and cumbias remains the same as in the traditional norteño style. Formed in the early 2020s and led by charismatic vocalist Fabián Rocha, the band is part of a generation that seeks to renovate the genre with its youthful energy and demeanor.
