In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. EASILY listening to Fix You on my grandma's old Mac computer, when I was about 10. For the first time, I explored music on my own and my older brother showed me that song, and I fell in love. I haven't looked back since. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Dayglow, Fuzzybrain Hippo Campus, Landmark Vampire Weekend, Contra (Bonus Track Version) These are some of my top no-skip albums that have influenced my music in more ways than I know how to explain. I look up to these records so deeply for different reasons, and they all brought me through various seasons of life. Tell us why you chose this song. “Ocean Floor” This felt like a breakthrough song for me, because I finally felt like I wrote a song that perfectly incapsulated the emotions I felt, and I get very emotional when I listen to it still. It holds up really well and I'm deeply proud of this one.
