Meth Math

Hailing from Hermosillo, Sonora, Meth Math is the project of vocalist and visual artist Ángel Ballesteros and producers Efrén Coronado and To Robles (aka error.error and Bonsai Babies, respectively). They released their EP debut Pompi in 2020, introducing their striking blend of sensual reggaeton with dark techno, emo, goth, and post-punk influences. The trio kept perfecting their formula on the 2022 m♡rtal EP, claiming a place for themselves among the Mexican frontrunners of the neoperreo genre. Chupetones, Meth Math's 2024 debut album, was helmed by Miami-based electronic producer Nick León.
