In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. "Waltzing Is Hip" - Oscar Peterson - Live -(Ray Brown, Johnny Wayne} It was from this piece that I began to learn to play jazz, it was one of the first jazz themes that I heard, and perhaps hence my love for improvisation and for jazz as such. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Avishai Cohen, Arvoles Chick Corea, The Best of Chick Corea Erroll Garner, Solo Time! The Erroll Garner Collection, Vol. 4 & 5 Errol Garner was my main love when I was a student and learning to comprehend jazz. His Misty, already in my interpretation, I performed as a pianist. Chick Сorea is one of my main mentors. I was lucky enough to meet him in New York in 2018. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. When, while still a student, in 1980 participated in a Jazz Festival in Russia and received an excellence prize for the best original jazz compositions. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes and a lot. I would really like my music to be truly heard and perhaps included in their repertoire by both famous and young musicians.
