I got a copy of Rodney Mullen vs Daewon Song: Round 2 on DVD from a local skater, not knowing the impact it would make on me. The song that perked my ears was "Help!" by the Beatles and I knew from there that music would be a part of my life. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? J Dilla, Donuts Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly Madlib, Shades of Blue: Madlib Invades Blue Note These albums changed how I took in music, how I understood rhythm and time. Hearing the fusion of samples and musicianship chopped and arranged into beautifully swung pallettes changed how I approached listening to -- and making -- music.
