In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memories are singing at my uncles baptist church, listening and learning from Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Whitney Houston and more musical greats and performing in a live band I was part of as a child called, 'Tristar'. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Aretha Franklin, Amazing Grace: The Complete Recordings (Live) Prince, The Very Best of Prince Whitney Houston, Whitney Houston These three albums and artists are groundbreaking and timeless. Tell us why you chose this song. “Peace Within” I wrote this with my dear friend/mentor 'Sami Mckinney' about true peace existing within yourself. Sami passed away shortly after the writing of this record and though he was absent for the recording, his presence and love exists in my performance.
