In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Listening to Bob Dylan on my Ipod shuffle and then performing a one woman show of 'Fight for this Love' by Cheryl Cole for my entire family - I feel like this is a true blueprint of the music I make now. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Dylan, Blood On the Tracks Fleetwood Mac, Rumours Super Deluxe Edition Hannah Montana, Hannah Montana (Songs from and Inspired By the Hit TV Series) Songs from and Inspired By the Hit TV Series I don't this will ever need an explanation - I wish I could choose more albums but these three sum up the emotions I go through every day Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Fur Coat Queen” This was the song I used to come out to my friends and family. I’ve embraced being queer ever since! It's the most dramatic way of coming out ever - to release a song and let them find out through an interview. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? A woman messaged me on instagram to tell me that her and a bunch of women and queer folks were gathered in the smoking area on a night out singing one of my songs. Nothing will ever beat that. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to play on the Jools Holland show + live by the sea.
