Alius Soileau

Alius Soileau was pre-war Cajun fiddle master Leo Soileau's cousin. Toward the end of Leo's career, Alius was his duo partner, usually playing second fiddle and occasionally singing. The duo recorded four songs including "Lake Arthur Stomp," otherwise known as "Sur le Chemin Chez Moi." ~ Joslyn Layne
