Along with Jay-Z and Kareem "Biggs" Burke, Damon Dash formed Roc-a-Fella Records and transformed it into a lucrative venture on the strength of Jay-Z's albums and also via some excellent distribution deals with Priority and, later, Def Jam. ~ Jason Birchmeier
