Niko Rubio

Niko Rubio's journey through music reflects her willingness to experiment and a diversity of influences. Growing up in a Mexican/Salvadorean-rooted household, Rubio instead found a niche first as a songwriter of alt-rock and even country before sliding into an alt-pop persona of her own. By the release of 2025's breakthrough EP Ring Ring, she would find a balance between heart and heritage, leading to the arresting experimentation of her 2026 EP Sunday Girl.
