Danser Med Drenge

Danser med Drenge is a Danish pop/rock band heavily influenced by soul and reggae. Highly successful in their native country, they have released over a dozen studio and live albums, most of which have been certified gold or platinum. Their concerts are lively affairs, frequently prompting audience members to sing along with the band, and sometimes join them on-stage. Their 1993 debut, Danser med Drenge, was an immediate smash, becoming one of the year's best-selling albums and earning four Danish Grammy nominations. The group restructured and established themselves as one of Denmark's premier live acts during the 2000s, and their 2006 compilation Vores Bedste topped the charts for eight weeks. Danser med Drenge have continued touring and releasing albums, including the acoustic effort Så langt, så godt ... (2018) and their second studio full-length with lead singer Ida Ambrose, Sange til de levende og de døde (2025).
