In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was a little kid sitting under the staircase with my moms gramophone, putting on vinyl after vinyl, letting myself be embraced by the magic of the needle on the record and the transformative sounds, harmonies and drama of the music. Alicia Keys, The Diary of Alicia Keys Stevie Wonder, The Complete Stevie Wonder The Doors, The Doors - In Concert I'm a huge The Doors fan, the fusion of blues and rock, the energy of the live act, the soul. Alicia and Stevie both inspired and delighted me through my life, the level of musicianship, social engagement, musical freedom and generosity. It's leading the way toward a more defined and outspoken musicianship, toward more organic collaborations, authentic songwriting and honest vocals. And it's beautiful. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Being referred to as 'Norway's answer to Adéle' by Norwegian press. She is magnificent, and such a brilliant songwriter, I felt very honored to be compared to her in any way, shape or form. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My goal is to make a name for myself in the music business -I wanna be accessible. I believe my voice and my music can give some love to people, and for the ones who are receptive, I want to be there.
