In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. We fondly remember our first live gig at the Kings Arms (RIP) in Auckland NZ. Tom had cobbled together a couple of our early prototype tunes. Accompanied by Arch on guitar and our trusty TR505 drum machine we began our fruity quest for fame. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Darren Hanlon, Hello Stranger Pavement, Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain Wilco, Yankee Hotel Foxtrot These are a few of our faves. They have all earwormed their way into our fingers and your ears. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “We All Get Along” We may write a better song that this but if we don't we'd be quite happy. The quintessential Cosmic Wheels sound - a plucky uke intro, vocals recorded on a telephone hand-piece, layered guitar solos and an unexpected twist. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We were paid $100 by a former All Black to join us on stage during sound check. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We want to be discovered. We want to be discovered. We want to be discovered. Please.
