In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Using my mothers Philips Turbo Bass double tape recorder to make mashups using another tape, radio, audio input from the tv and built in microphone. Made me feel like I was making my own music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? A Perfect Circle, Thirteenth Step LINKIN PARK, Hybrid Theory Limp Bizkit, Chocolate Starfish And The Hot Dog Flavored Water I really wanted to add The PRODIGY experience as the first album but it was not available. That was the first time I learnt of an Artist beyond the Michael Jacksons of the time. The second album I wanted to add was Mortal Kombat - OST 1995 Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Sajana (feat. Raktima Mukherjee)” Working on this was the most fun. I had the vocal from another recording and I was thinking of making something Indian sounding, but as production went on, it took on an eerie Didgeridoo vibe after we recorded it as a layer for this song. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Crowd Surfing during a gig I played in Bangalore. Circa 2005. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? A lot. Too much to list here. Basically I would want to collaborate with more Artists, play bigger shows, start new projects under different genres. \m/
