Richard Tognetti

Conductor, violinist, and arranger Richard Tognetti is artistic director of the Australian Chamber Orchestra and a soloist appearing with major ensembles. He is also a composer who has written or contributed to several major film scores. Tognetti has a substantial recording catalog, recorded largely but not exclusively with the Australian Chamber Orchestra. In 2025, he and the ACO released an album of works by Tchaikovsky and Shostakovich on the ABC Classics label.
