It isn’t just Punjabi pop and rap star Prem Dhillon’s first full-length effort in nearly three years—the hip-hop heavy LP brims with the kind of brash bars that ignite fan forums. The singer-lyricist-composer takes on his ops (“Putt Jam Te Lau”), armchair critics (“Wannabes”) and exes (“NOTHIN”), delivering sharp lines that are as confrontational as they are confident. Never one to forget his roots, he also honours his home region of Majha (“Map”) which inspired the set’s playful title.
