Nearly two decades after Ozzy’s departure, the original Black Sabbath reunites and delivers a live album stuffed with ’70s landmarks. The years have not dulled the doom pioneers’ heaviness: The whiplash time changes built into the devastating stoner-metal anthem “Sweet Leaf” are still dazzlingly agile, while Ozzy’s icy shriek proves ageless when leading fans through a mass chant on the funereal stomper “War Pigs.” The quartet also contributes two new studio recordings, including “Selling My Soul,” which rekindles old-school Sabbath’s downtuned blues and creeping paranoia.
