Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto, and Gianluca Ginoble's sophomore album adopts more of a pop sensibility while retaining the trio's operatic roots. The young superstars show off their vocal prowess in reworkings of Aerosmith's "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" (here titled "Questo Amore") and U2's "Beautiful Day." Italian singer/songwriter Eros Ramazzotti contributes both music and vocals to the album with "Cosi," while Placido Domingo makes a cameo in "Il Canto," which is dedicated to the late Luciano Pavarotti. Humberto Gatica and Tony Renis co-produced We Are Love, with orchestration by The Czech Symphony.
