With showstopping dance skills, serious swagger, and a talent for writing catchy floor-fillers, it was no surprise that UK four-piece Rak-Su triumphed in The X Factor 2017. Their debut EP delivers four fresh studio recordings of original tracks performed on the show, including their fun and fiery audition song (“I’m Feeling You”) and the Latin-flavored hit from their crowning night (“Dimelo”). However, it’s the sultry, marimba-tinged “Mamacita” where the quartet’s chemistry really shines via their tight harmonies and cheeky lyrics.
