The third album from King Tuff, a.k.a. Kyle Thomas, fully established the rock mythos and persona that Thomas had been building over prior releases: part glam god à la Marc Bolan, part power-pop head, all party. Thomas hones his deep garage rock sound to a keen edge in this taut collection of songs and unleashes a deeply satisfying swagger. This is filthy rock focused on just a few things: odes to women, debauchery, and record collecting. In this world, the black-light posters never came down.
